Team
Our team is made up of associate lawyers and collaborators working in the field of maritime and commercial law. The members of the team have acquired significant experience with French and international clients.
Holder of a Master II in International Business Law, she has developed, since the beginning of her activity, a dominant intervention in maritime and transport litigation as well as in commercial law. Master Marina PAPASAVVAS has also taught internal and international road transport law to DUT students. She is a member of the French Maritime Law Association – AFDM.
Maître Perrine GASTON has, since 2012, a master’s degree in comparative international law. She quickly oriented her career towards transport law, maritime law and customs law while maintaining (increased) practice in commercial law.
Before joining RAISON & associés and the Marseille Bar in March 2015, she acquired solid skills in a transport insurance brokerage firm and with maritime lawyers in Paris, Antwerp and Piraeus.
